Day 7

Today we went to Amsterdam. That meant we had to get up at 8 o'clock, because we departured at 9.30, which was pretty hard.

First we went with a boat on a canaltour and see Amsterdam from the water. A nice guide told us the ins and outs of the city. After that we had lunch at a park, called Vondelpark. People like to sit here. We even saw people playing music. On 12.45 we started a walking tour through the city. At some point the groups were devided and they did their own thing in the city. There was some free time and each student has discovered Amsterdam in their own way.

Tomorrow we will have a bikingtour to the beach and the Zaanse Schans (an open air museum with an impression of the way The Netherlands looked like in the seventeenth or eighteenth centuries).

At this moment most students (and teachers) are pretty tired because of this long day of impressions and citytours. So we will see what will happen tonight...
